In the first half of the year, the total fundraising amount by IPOs in Hong Kong was $69.8 billion, increased 35.2% when compared with the same period last year. Hong Kong has reinforced its status as a leading IPO centre in Asia and an international financial hub. To encourage listed enterprises with excellent performance and to recognize their contribution to Hong Kong’s economy, Bloomberg Businessweek/Chinese Edition is proud to present the fifth “Listed Enterprises of the Year”.
Entries will first be vetted by Bloomberg data based on business/financial performance, corporate governance, investor relationship, development strategy, corporate social responsibility, sustainability, innovation and risk management. Shortlisted companies will then be assessed by a panel of judges formed by senior government officials, professionals and academics. Highest-scoring companies will be named “Listed Enterprises of the Year”.
“Listed Enterprises of the Year” is the only event applying Bloomberg Terminal data to analyze listed enterprises in Hong Kong. Awardees, therefore, are widely recognized among professionals and investors in Hong Kong.
香港交易所於2019年上半年的首次公開招股集資金額為698億港元，較去年同期增長35.2%，香港扮演著亞洲地區最主要的首次上市集資中心的角色，及保持著國際金融中心的地位。《彭博商業周刊/中文版》一直關注本港的營商環境及致力促進地區經濟邁步向前，為了表揚有出色表現的上市企業及肯定其為經濟穩定作出的貢獻，今年將舉辦第五屆「年度上市企業」大獎。
我們會先通過彭博終端機的數據，從業績表現、企業管治、投資者關係、拓展策略、企業社會責任、可持續發展、創新變革及風險管理共八大範疇對參選企業進行全面分析及篩選。入圍的上市企業，再由政界、商界及學界組成的專業評選團進行評分，各行業中得分最高的企業將獲頒「年度上市企業大獎」。
「年度上市企業」是香港唯一引入彭博終端系統進行分析及評選上市企業的獎項活動，獲獎企業的實力及發展潛力均獲得業界及投資者的廣泛認可。
