The 8th "Listed Enterprises 2023," organized by Bloomberg Businessweek/Chinese Edition, aims to recognize the listed enterprises with excellent performance in the past year, commend their contributions to the Hong Kong economy, deepen public understanding and promote investor attention in these companies.

In recent years, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) has continuously updated its listing regulations, resulting in increased diversification among Hong Kong-listed companies. Therefore, a new category called "Spotlight" has been established. It aims to recognize listed enterprises with breakthrough developments and sustainable advantages in the new economy.

Entries will first be vetted by Bloomberg Terminal data based on eight areas, including business/financial performance, corporate governance, investor relationship, development strategy, corporate social responsibility, sustainability, innovation and risk management. After that a professional and objective evaluation is carried out by a judging panel composed of the government officials, professionals and academics. The strength and development potential of the selected companies are widely recognized by the industry and investors.

《彭博商業周刊/中文版》舉辦的第八屆「上市企業2023」，旨在表彰過去一年有傑出表現的上市企業，讚揚其為本地經濟繁榮所作出的貢獻，並加深公眾對這些優秀上市企業的認識，推動投資者對企業的關注和投資。

近年聯交所不斷革新上市規則，令香港的上市企業變得日益多元化。有見及此，本屆新增設「Spotlight 焦點」組別，聚焦在投資市場上具話題性和影響力的上市企業，發掘並嘉許有突破性發展、在新經濟領域具長遠優勢的企業。

大會先根據彭博終端機（Bloomberg Terminal）的研究數據對參選企業的業績表現、企業管治、投資者關係、企業策略、企業社會責任、可持續發展、創新商業模式及風險管理八大範疇進行全面分析及篩選，再由政界、商界及學界組成的評審團進行專業、客觀的評選。作為香港首個引入彭博終端系統進行分析的評選活動，獲選企業的實力及發展潛力均獲得業界和投資者的廣泛認可。
