Over the past year, breakthroughs in artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics and new energy have driven industry development, continually attracting international capital to the Hong Kong market. Due to ongoing reforms and optimizations of the listing rules, companies listing in Hong Kong have been steady, promoting diversified market growth. In the first half of 2025, Hong Kong's IPO market has 44 new listings, raising HKD 107.1 billion, a nearly sevenfold increase year-on-year*, securing its position as the world's leading IPO fundraising hub.

Now in its tenth year, “Listed Enterprises 2025” maintains its strong emphasis on overall corporate performance and sustainability. It recognizes Hong Kong-listed enterprises that stand out in eight key dimensions: business/financial performance, corporate governance, investor relations, development strategy, corporate social responsibility, sustainability, innovation and risk management. It also spotlights outstanding enterprises with exceptional growth potential in sectors that have been market focuses over the past year.

As Hong Kong's pioneering event utilizing Bloomberg Terminal data in the screening process, combined with objective scoring by a professional panel from government, business, and academia, the results demonstrate professionalism and authority. Selected enterprises’ strengths and growth potential are widely recognized by the industry and investors.

在過去一年，人工智能、生物科技、機械人及新能源等領域的創新突破，推動各行業發展，令香港市場持續吸引國際資本關注。有賴於上市制度不斷改革和優化，來港上市的企業絡繹不絕，促進市場多元化發展。2025年上半年，香港IPO市場有44隻新股上市，總集資額達1,071億港元，較去年同期增長約7倍*，穩居全球首位，鞏固了香港作為全球領先新股融資中心的地位。

「上市企業2025」邁入第十屆，一如既往注重企業整體質素與可持續發展，表彰於過去一年在業績表現、企業管治、投資者關係、企業策略、企業社會責任、可持續發展、創新商業模式及風險管理八大範疇均表現傑出的香港上市企業，並從市場焦點領域中發掘具備卓越發展潛力的優秀企業予以肯定。

作為香港首個引入彭博終端機（Bloomberg Terminal）進行數據分析的上市企業評選活動，配合由政、商、學界代表組成的評審團的客觀評分，確保評選結果專業且具權威性，使獲選企業的實力及發展潛力廣受業界及投資者認可。
